Life and loss arrived side by side in my early adulthood, teaching me that we can hold contrast. That joy and sadness can coexist. That love does not disappear when form changes. That meaning is shaped by where we place our attention. That understanding continues to guide both my life and my work.
In 2014, I began educating about essential oils and discovered a love for facilitating groups. Gathering women together, guiding reflection, and creating spaces for shared learning felt natural. When the pandemic paused my massage practice, I deepened my coach training and expanded the way I served. That season clarified what I already knew: my work lives at the intersection of curiosity, reflection, and community.
From that realization, Say Yes to You was born, a group coaching experience to discover a values-based framework for managing your time, find joy in self-leadership, and build a life where you love being you.
