Welcome! I'm Heather

Born and raised in California and spending my early adult life in Colorado, I’ve been nourished by both west coast wonders and high country mountain magic. Morning coffee, gratitude journaling, essential oils, live music, meaningful conversation, time in nature, and beauty in simple rituals all shape how I live and how I lead.

I’m a mother, a heart-centered creative, and an inspirational guide for women who feel a quiet invitation to live with more intention, presence, and trust in themselves. Raising children invited me into a deeper relationship with attention and care. It sharpened my awareness of how focused we become when holding space for others and how easy it is to forget to offer ourselves that same presence. Over time, I’ve seen how common that is. Women are deeply capable of showing up for everyone else, yet often disconnected from our own inner signals, rhythms, and desires.

I grew up in a close, joyful family where connection was simply how we lived. Theater and music were part of our identity. Performing wasn’t just an activity; it was how we learned self-expression and how creativity was celebrated. Studying theater arts and performing taught me that expression brings us fully into the present moment, that being witnessed builds confidence, and that the body holds truth. When we allow it to move, breathe, and speak, something essential is revealed.

That understanding eventually led me into studying massage therapy. For over twenty-five years, I have worked in somatic wellness, learning how the body holds wisdom and how healing unfolds when we slow down and pay attention. I’ve seen how touch, stillness, and intentional presence unlock clarity and insight.

Life and loss arrived side by side in my early adulthood, teaching me that we can hold contrast. That joy and sadness can coexist. That love does not disappear when form changes. That meaning is shaped by where we place our attention. That understanding continues to guide both my life and my work.

In 2014, I began educating about essential oils and discovered a love for facilitating groups. Gathering women together, guiding reflection, and creating spaces for shared learning felt natural. When the pandemic paused my massage practice, I deepened my coach training and expanded the way I served. That season clarified what I already knew: my work lives at the intersection of curiosity, reflection, and community.

From that realization, Say Yes to You was born, a group coaching experience to discover a values-based framework for managing your time, find joy in self-leadership, and build a life where you love being you.
At my core, I am curious, compassionate, and optimistic. I believe in beauty, possibility, and the wisdom that emerges when we pay attention. I guide women in reconnecting with their values, trusting themselves more fully, and designing lives that feel aligned and meaningful.

If you’re sensing a new chapter unfolding and feel ready to listen inward, honor what matters most, and move forward with clarity and hope, I’m so glad you’re here.
