Life and loss arrived side by side in my early motherhood, teaching me that we can hold contrast. Joy and sadness can coexist. Love does not disappear when form changes. Meaning is shaped by where we place our attention. That understanding continues to guide both my life and my work.
In 2014, I began educating about essential oils and discovered a love for facilitating groups. Gathering women together, guiding reflection, and creating space for shared learning felt natural. When the pandemic paused my massage practice, I focused on my coach training and expanded the way I serve. I began to recognize that curiosity, reflection, and community are key components to my contribution.
From that realization, Say Yes to You was born, a group coaching experience to discover a values-based framework for managing your time, find joy in self-leadership, and build a life where you love being you.
